What you agree to when you buy, sell, or browse on PlugNest. Last updated: July 20, 2026.
PlugNest ("we", "us") operates plugnest.space, a marketplace for WordPress plugins, themes, and AI automations, run by Ahmad Mustajab Jadoon (Cyfiix Agency), Abbottabad, Pakistan. By creating an account, buying a product, listing a product, or simply browsing the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use PlugNest after a change means you accept the updated terms.
You need an account to buy or sell. You agree to give accurate details, to keep your password to yourself, and to accept responsibility for anything that happens under your account. One person or business, one account — don't create duplicate accounts to game referral bonuses or seller levels.
You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Dashboard → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
Every paid product is sold as a licence to use the software, not a transfer of ownership. Unless the product page says otherwise:
Prices are shown in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank charges that apply where you live.
You can pay by card or PayPal through our payment provider, or by manual bank transfer or Easypaisa. Card payments are fulfilled automatically. Manual transfers are verified by hand — usually within 2–6 hours — and your licence keys and downloads are delivered by email as soon as the payment clears.
We never see or store your full card number, bank credentials, or wallet login. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, we may revoke any licence keys issued for that order.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid products that don't work as described. The full details, including what is and isn't covered, are on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Anyone can apply to sell. Every submission is reviewed by hand before it goes live, and we may reject or delist anything at our discretion. By listing a product you confirm that:
You keep ownership of your code. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, market, and distribute it to buyers for as long as it's listed.
Sellers keep 80% of every sale as a New Seller, rising with seller level: 82% at Level 1, 85% at Level 2, and 90% as a Best Seller. Levels are calculated automatically from completed sales, lifetime earnings, and average rating — the thresholds are published on the Documentation page.
Earnings appear in your dashboard balance after an order is completed. You can request a withdrawal once your balance covers the minimum payout, and we pay to the details you provide. We may hold or reverse earnings tied to fraudulent orders, chargebacks, or refunded purchases.
Only verified buyers can review a product, and only for products they actually purchased. Sellers cannot review their own products. We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal data, spam, or off-topic content, but we do not remove a review simply because a seller dislikes it.
Don't use PlugNest to do anything illegal, and specifically don't: attempt to break, overload, or probe our servers or licence system; scrape the site at scale; upload malicious files; impersonate anyone; harass other users through the messaging system; or attempt to bypass licence checks or paywalls.
The AI Humanizer, AI Detector, and other free tools are provided as-is for your convenience. They run in your browser, we don't store what you paste into them, and we make no guarantee about the accuracy of their output — no detector is perfect, including ours.
Some pages display ads served by Google. We don't control which specific ads appear, and showing an ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser. How advertising cookies work, and how to opt out, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The PlugNest name, logo, site design, and written content are ours. Products sold here belong to their respective sellers. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either to you beyond the licence you purchase.
We work hard to keep the site and licence server online, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Products are provided "as is" — while we review every listing, we can't warrant that any plugin will be bug-free or compatible with every WordPress setup, theme, and host combination. Always keep backups before installing new software on a live site.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to PlugNest or a product bought here is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings, or data loss.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, commits fraud, or puts other users at risk. You may close your account at any time. Licences already paid for and in good standing survive account closure; unpaid or fraudulent ones do not.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — unless local consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim closer to home.
