Your Data, Your Rules

1. Who we are

PlugNest ("we", "us") operates plugnest.space, a WordPress plugin marketplace run by Ahmad Mustajab Jadoon (Cyfiix Agency), Abbottabad, Pakistan. Questions about this policy: support@plugnest.space.

2. What we collect — and why

Account data. Name, username, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store or see your actual password). Used to operate your dashboard, licenses, and purchases.

Order data. Items purchased, the payment method you chose, and the transaction reference you provide. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank credentials, or wallet logins — payments happen directly through your bank, PayPal, or Easypaisa.

Seller data. If you sell on PlugNest: your submitted products, sales records, earnings balance, and the payout details you enter when requesting a withdrawal.

Uploads. Profile pictures and product images you choose to upload are stored on our server and displayed publicly where you place them (e.g. on product cards).

License activations. When a plugin license is activated, our license server records the license key and the activating website's domain — that's how "1 website" licensing works.

Support messages. Tickets you send us, so we can reply and keep context.

3. What we deliberately don't do

We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We don't run our own cross-site tracking, and we don't build advertising profiles ourselves. The AI Humanizer and AI Detector process your text 100% client-side in your browser — the text never leaves your device, and we couldn't read it if we wanted to.

4. Cookies & sessions

We set one essential session cookie ourselves, to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don't use cookies of our own for marketing.

5. Advertising & third-party cookies

Some pages on PlugNest display advertising supplied by Google. This means third parties place cookies on your device that we do not control:

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site.
• Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
• Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:

• Google's Ads Settings — turn off personalised ads for your Google account.
• aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.com — industry-wide opt-out tools.
• Your browser settings — block or delete cookies for this site at any time. Blocking advertising cookies does not affect your account, licenses, or downloads.

Ads are not shown on checkout, dashboard, or sign-in pages, and we never pass your name, email, or purchase details to an advertiser.

6. Emails we send

Transactional only: order confirmations, license keys, sale notifications (for sellers), payout updates, password resets, and replies to your support tickets. We don't send marketing blasts, and every email comes from support@plugnest.space.

7. Where your data lives

Data is stored on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger) with access restricted to the site operator. Passwords are hashed with modern algorithms; admin actions are protected by secret tokens.

8. How long we keep it

Account data: until you delete your account. Order and sales records: retained as business records even after account deletion (they contain no password or payment credentials). Support tickets: up to 2 years.

9. Your rights & deleting your data

You can change your profile any time from your dashboard, and delete your account entirely using the Danger Zone → Delete Account option — this removes your account, profile picture, and takes your listings off the site immediately. For a copy of your data or any other request, email support@plugnest.space and we'll respond within 7 days.

10. Children

PlugNest is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
